The outside looked promising. The security guard was friendly.
When my husband and I got there in the evening there was a lady at the reception area who works at the hotel with a blanket. The rooms are not sound proof. You can hearcthecdoors when someone closes a door. The doors were not the usual heavy hotel doors. The curtains are too thin and light comes streaming through. We did not have a great stay at all.

I loved the receptionists. both of them where friendly and knowledgeable. The kitchen woman could not understand English well. However she was helpfull when she understood.
The breakfast was a bit dull. It was however nice and clean.

The central location is a huge plus, located right next to a mall, public transportation, and not far from the ocean and Berea Centre. It's super convenient for getting around and exploring the area.

Cleanliness, very neat, friendly staff, simple but sumptuous breakfast.
Insufficient pillows...one small pillow for each guest; non provision of coffees and teas in da rooms in spite the presence of kettle and cups. tv guide booklet for program selection is not available. our room had a faulty closet door. additional blankets not kept in the room.
